General Terms and Conditions
Accommodation contracts are subject to the applicable Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen) and/or General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie) as agreed in each individual case.

Room reservations
Prices
Prices are per accommodation unit and night, excluding the local accommodation tax, currently €4.00. Services that are not used will not be refunded.
Reservation
Upon conclusion of a reservation (accommodation contract), the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments dated 23 September 1981 shall be deemed agreed. If the prices stated in the reservation confirmation differ, the prices stated in the current price list shall always apply.
Check-in
Rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 p.m. at the latest. If you expect to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please notify us in advance.
Check-out: Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. For a late check-out (until 2:00 p.m.), a fee of €35.00 per room will be charged.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, Visa/Mastercard.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total price to the following account: IBAN: AT44 3633 6000 0226 3804 and BIC: RZTIAT 22 336. If we have not received the deposit by the expiry of the offer, the room reservation will automatically be cancelled in the system.. Once payment has been received, we will send you the reservation confirmation without delay. The remaining balance is payable upon departure.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only valid if submitted in writing by e-mail to info@lizum1600.at. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. In the event of a short-notice cancellation, provided we are unable to re-let the room, as well as in the event of early departure, we must charge the full price for the entire booked stay.

Liability
Any damage or loss must be reported immediately in order to be considered valid. The liability of Lizum 1600 is limited to the extent provided for by law. Lizum 1600 accepts no responsibility for guests' valuables, jewellery or large amounts of cash. We strongly recommend that our guests take out appropriate travel insurance to protect themselves against possible damage or loss. Guests are liable for intentional damage to rooms, the building or its furnishings and inventory. Lizum 1600 reserves the right to charge guests for any resulting damage.
Weddings and Events
Prices
Prices are based on the individual offer. Services that are not used will not be refunded. Lizum 1600 can only be booked subject to a venue and organisational fee. Our restaurant area is open until midnight (12:00 a.m.), with service by our staff included. The bar for the subsequent party can remain open for as long as you wish. After 2:00 a.m., we reserve the right to charge an extension fee of €150.00 per hour.
Reservation
A binding date reservation must be made in writing with Hotel Lizum 1600. A €1,500.00 deposit is then due. The date reservation only becomes binding once the deposit has been received. Please provide us with the final number of guests no later than 10 days before the event. The confirmed number of guests will serve as the minimum number of persons for billing purposes.
Payments

The final invoice must be paid by bank transfer within 5 days after the event. If you are satisfied with our service and would like to show your appreciation, our staff will be delighted. We are happy to add gratuities to your final bill.
